North Dalton Pond Restoration

The Parish Council have been lucky enough to be awarded funding from the UK Shared Prosperity Fund (Levelling UP) to desilt and restore the village pond. Work has now been completed.  A big thanks to Councillor Williams for all his hard work in putting this project together.

We have an offer from ERYC to plant trees in the conservation area of the village. If you have suitable land and wish to have a tree or multiple trees planted please get in touch with your parish clerk on 012622 470496 or by email on parish.clerk@northdaltonparishcouncil.org.uk

The overiding duty of the Council is to the whole community, but they have a specific duty to their electors including those who did not vote for them.

The council also alerts relevant authorities to problems that arise or work that needs to be done in the parish and helps other tiers of local government to keep in touch with their local communities. All are committed to adhering to the Member Code of Conduct proposed by the East Riding of Yorkshire Council, details of which can be found on the Finance and Asset Page under Policies and Regulations.
